There are a number of different garden designs to accommodate wheelchairs. A raised bed can be built low enough for a wheelchair to sit along side it, or, as seen in this picture, designed for a wheel chair to pull right under a section so that twisting is unnecessary and putting the garden right in front of the gardener.
